ASH Consulting Group, L.L.C. for Master Utility Plan Projects

Developing master utility plans is a key tool for managing complex infrastructure systems while taking into consideration economics, future growth, regulatory environment, and reliability. ASH Consulting Group, L.L.C. staff have experience in developing over 30 master utility plans for public and private entities covering steam (10 to 338 MMBtu/hr boilers), chilled water (20 to 4,000-ton units), storm and sanitary systems, and campus lighting systems as well as incinerators. Some of these plans required developing and applying data centric tools to support projects such as creating inventories and tracking infrastructure assets for budgeting, maintenance and regulatory purposes. Master utility plans require balancing of budget, schedule and scope for the entire project from planning to operation. For more detailed information please review the web pages that highlight these areas of master utility plans.
